This Privacy Policy explains how QikBuild, s. r. o. ("QikBuild", "we", "us", or "our"), the company that operates Feedika (the "Service"), collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal data when you visit our website, create an account, or use the Feedika widget and dashboard.

- Account data: name, email address, password (hashed), company name, and role, provided when you register for or use the Service.
- Feedback and bug report data: screenshots, screen recordings, annotations, console logs, and technical metadata (such as browser, operating system, viewport size, and device type) generated when an end user submits a report through the Feedika widget.
- Usage data: log data, IP address, pages visited, and interactions with our website and dashboard, collected automatically.
- Communications: information you provide when you contact our support or sales team.
- Cookies and similar technologies: as described in Section 9 below.
3. How and why we use your data
We use personal data for the following purposes:
- To create and administer your account and provide the Service;
- To enable the collection, triage, and management of bug reports and feedback submitted through the widget;

- Legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)) — where processing is required to comply with the law.
5. Data sharing and sub-processors
We do not sell personal data. We may share personal data with trusted third-party service providers who process data on our behalf under appropriate data processing agreements, including:
- Cloud infrastructure and database providers (e.g. our hosting and database platform);
- Transactional email delivery providers;

10. Children's privacy
The Service is not directed at children under the age of 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us so we can delete it.
